HOW RETHYM BEGAN
After 2020, our lives changed dramatically. From active dancers, we found ourselves low on energy, out of shape, and disconnected from how we once felt. The scale reflected it — but more importantly, our bodies did too.
We went looking for one healthy drink our entire family could trust — our daughter, ourselves, and our diabetic father. Nothing fit. Everything was either sugary, artificial, or medicinal, and that gap became our daily frustration.
So we decided to create what didn’t exist. A drink rooted in real wellness, designed for modern life — one that helps restore balance and rhythm, without feeling like a compromise.
Why Existing Drinks Didn’t Work
WHERE AYURVEDA MET REAL LIFE
Our research led us back to Ayurveda, especially turmeric (curcumin)-known for gut health, immunity, and metabolic support.
But there was a problem. Turmeric was stuck in old formats — powders, kadhas, remedies that felt outdated and hard to consume daily.
We believed wellness shouldn’t feel like a chore. So we reimagined it.
