1. Returns

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, beverages are non-returnable.


2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed

To request a refund:

  • Email support@rethym.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share order ID and photo/video proof

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.


3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


4. Replacement Policy

If a damaged or incorrect product is received, a free replacement will be issued.
